Algebra
struktura a kohomologie Lieových a dalších neasociativních algeber, jejich aplikace v matematické fyzice
Teorie matic
speciální a strukturované matice a jejich aplikace
Matematická analýza
spektrální teorie, kvaterniony a Cliffordova analýza, zlomkový kalkulus
Matematická fyzika
Schrödingerovy operátory, nerovnosti Liebova-Thirringova typu, kvantové vlnovody a kvantové grafy, geometrická teorie neholonomních systémů, jejich symetrie a zákony zachování
